Great space to live in! The neighborhood is quiet and nice area to live in since so many things are nearby. Maintenance however could be better.

I have lived here for almost 7 years and all I can say is: I took the right choice. Management are very friendly, helpful and understanding people. The environment is quiet, clean and safe. The area have everything you need, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Thanks Scandia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Juan, did a great job quickly repairing my furnace. It turned out to be more complicated than just changing out the filter. There were burned wires in the furnace. He replaced the wiring, and it is working to capacity now.

I was out of town when it was time to get my keys but Hollie helped me with EVERYTHING! I LOVE my place! Extremely happy with my decision! I’m looking forward to utilizing the gym and tennis court with my grand daughter. I plan to be here for years to come! Thanks again Hollie!

Maintenance is still none existent, trash problem keeps getting worse from both people littering and the trash compactor not compacting. Overall everything is fine just close the door and stay inside and hope that nothing breaks or else you'll have to choose between fixing it yourself or waiting 3-4 months for them to fix your microwave.

Location is great, love being able to see the river from my balcony. Neighbors are friendly for the most part. It's been a good experience.

Nice.place.to.live. unfortunately the walls are a little thin can hear people's conversations and you can hear the floor creaks when they walk across the floor in the apartment above me.

Moved here from WA state site unseen. I've gotta say, many things are great here! A few things need to be addressed as well and are, but it seems everyone on the apartment management staff has been on point and working with me! A communicative apartment staff is the best! I would say, live here if you can, and I am enjoying my time and accommodations here!! Glad to be a Scandia resident. Also, go Cougs!

Nice place to live. Friendly staff and neighbors. Service requests take awhile but the maintenance staff is nice. Parking also can be a pain but not too much to complain about.

In recent months I have noticed drastic improvements in the community... especially in the Maintenance department. I came home yesterday to a brand, spanking new dishwasher. I have been battling maintenance issues with my old one since I moved in 2 years ago! I had given up on any resolution. I am so grateful to see things moving in a positive direction!

My apartments is really cozy and heartwarming . I feel in love with my unit the day I moved in can’t wait to finish decorating. It has a lot of space and room. I just wish my window view was better it’s just a great big tree in front of my window

Since my family & I moved in here (3/23), any issues I've had have been taking care of in a timely fashion. If it wasn't done in a timely fashion it was only because it was out of their control. I really love it here. I plan on staying a long time..

Quiet community. Ongoing issues with the trash. The hallway rugs are filthy. I haven't met the new office staff. A welcome event would be nice..... I would still recommend Scandia Apartments!

Living here has been pretty great. We have a pretty good amount of space in our apartment. My only complaint is that the trash compactor backs up occasionally from lazy neighbors.

I absolutely love my new apartment! The upgraded finishes are really nice, and the apartment has little pops of character like the modern mantle and built in kitchen shelves. Things are peaceful and quiet inside and outside my building and I feel very fortunate to have found the perfect place for me. The negatives...there's almost always garbage piled outside the dumpster closest to my unit. So much garbage you can't even get to the compactor door. Trash pickup is 5 nights a week so luckily I only have to worry about using the dumpster when I have larger Trash. My biggest complaint is that the ornamental grass in the median at the entry to the complex is far too tall, so when you pull in you have no idea if anyone is coming from the left, and they don't know you're pulling in. I've almost been hit twice in my first month here. It's very dangerous and that grass is completely unnecessary.

I chose Scandia Apartments for my new home. While living in Florida. I was nervous about how it would be once I got here. I was very happy that Scandia was everything I hoped it would be. I am happy to call Scandia home.

I must say the NEW woman who’s in the leasing office that goes by TJ, is absolutely amazing!! Work orders are bring completed in a timely manner and things are actually being fixed or replaced and not patched up & sweep under the rug like before. I want to say thank you to TJ and all the staff for a job well done. I actually fell good about paying my rent now.
